This video demonstrates the movement of the robotic arm picking up the workpiece from the dismantling station after the lid has been separated from it. It then places the workpiece back in the distribution station to be reused in the production line. In the video, the workpiece was not accurately placed in the distribution tube, possibly due to discrepancies in angle measurements and signals between NX and Tia-portal. However, in a real-life scenario, this maneuver will be executed with high precision to avoid any potential risks of the robotic arm incorrectly placing the workpiece. The robotic arm in the video makes a full turn to showcase how it properly grips the workpiece and prevents it from falling. Additionally, the positioning of the robotic arm and the dismantling station is not to scale, as it would differ in real-life applications depending on the environment.
