21/02/2024 Meeting and Progress (MPS System and Plant Simulation)

During my meeting with Mehnaz this week, our primary focus was on addressing the technical challenges I encountered last week. Our discussion primarily revolved around resolving issues related to the PLCSIM connection with Tia-Portal and addressing certain issues with NX. These challenges had prevented me to test the code virtually at home. Therefore, I devoted time last week to writing and testing the code on the actual physical system to not waste any time. After several trial and error iterations, below is a video of the 'Distribution' station fully operating.

Meanwhile, I wanted to enhance my knowledge of Plant Simulation; therefore, I started a course on Siemens Xcelerator Academy. I began with the 'Introduction to Simulation Studies' course and should complete it shortly.
