The following video showcases the dismantling process, where the extending wall extends to clamp the workpiece to provide stability. Then, the robotic arm maneuvers to pick up the lid from the top of the workpiece and transfers it to the lid slide for reuse in the production line. This video closely represents how this process would appear in real-life scenarios. The reason why the robotic arm makes a full turn to place back the lid is to demonstrate that the lid will not drop on the station and impose risk of accidents and will be properly gripped by the robotic arm. This ensures that the lid is securely held in place and reduces the risk of it falling or becoming dislodged during the transfer process. The positioning of the robotic arm might differ in real-life applications, as it depends on the actual dimensions of the MPS station and the physical robot in use.
