This video demonstrates the proof of concept for my proposal, which I have implemented in a plant simulation. It showcases the ability to input three separate orders for the three different slides in the MPS station. Excess lids are directed to a designated slide, as shown in previous blogs, where they will be reused in the production line using an IRB 1100 robot, also previously showcased in the blogs.

In the video, the HMI screen has been updated to allow the production line operator (or runner manager) to input three different orders for three different clients, all of which are fulfilled flawlessly. It's important to note that this video does not precisely replicate real-life scenarios; in reality, there won't be signaling discrepancies that affect the production line, as observed in this simulation.

Moreover, this video is based on the assumption that in real-life scenarios, the workpieces would already have lids on top of them as this video was just proving the ability of the production line to handle three orders effectively For example, in a bottled drinks company, the bottles would already be lidded before being placed in orders. Additionally, the video has been sped up 2x to reduce viewing time.
