Objective:

The objective of my project is to code the existing MPS station using SCL code and evaluate its performance, considering factors such as efficiency, operational cost, and power usage to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Subsequently, I will import it into plant simulation and utilize the data output as a feedback mechanism to make necessary adjustments, aiming to optimize the system. Using Plantsim, I aim to simulate and analyze system behavior, enabling iterative adjustments and improvements for enhanced overall efficiency. Through several testing stages, utilizing data from each stage to enhance the next one, I aim to reach the maximum possible optimization level. This project aims to provide insights into the application of advanced technologies and simulation for enhancing industrial efficiency within the field of manufacturing.
